1000 Magic Miles Challenge For Mental Health Awareness


Collectively during January we will walk 1000 magic miles. Please go over to our Facebook page to post your total miles at the end of the month but feel free to update the page of your progress & follow the page for tips & motivation!
The benefits of walking are unreal and include:
-A good walk can do wonders for your mental wellbeing.
