Starting Over Enterprises completed their annual fundraising challenge of completing 800,000 steps for Suicide in the month of October. Approximately 800,000 people worldwide lose their life to suicide each year so we aim to take one step for each person lost in the hope we can raise awareness and funding to help those who may be struggling.
Members were asked to collate their steps throughout October, and we are extremely pleased to say over 50 people took part in the challenge and we actually totalled in excess of 1.5 million steps!

Funding raised from this event will go towards supporting people who are struggling with the cost-of-living crisis with food vouchers.
