This week we were joined in lovely weather by a host of new members as we completed the Prescot Shakespeare Mile which has been organised by the Mayor of Prescot Cllr Mark Burke to raise money for charity.
We would like to offer a great big thank you to the Mayor for taking the time to come along today to greet our members. It really is appreciated by us all.
We were also joined by our friends Shaun and Davina who were escorted on the walk by Brothers of Charity staff Jen and Chloe.
The whole group completed the walk in great spirits and a great day was had by all. It may not have been the longest walk we have completed however the excellent company and conversation along the way make it all worthwhile and we raised a few quid for charity along the way.
