Badminton is a racquet sport played using racquets to hit a shuttlecock across a net. It is less intense than tennis and can be played in singles or teams, casually or competitively! Points are scored by striking the shuttlecock with the racquet and landing it within the opposing side’s half of the court.

It is a sport that helps to improve the player’s aerobic stamina, agility, strength, speed, and precision. It is also a technical sport, which works on motor coordination and the development of sophisticated racquet movements. All which aid in the building of a health body, and in turn, a healthy mind.

Details of when and where badminton meet ups are being held will be posted on the Newsfeed.
